Buying and selling real estate can be a very intimidating process, I thought...until I met Terry Holland. When I moved out of state, I listed my condo with Terry. He did EVERYTHING...he met sub-contractors at the property, made sure everything was pristine for all the showings, held open houses (actually not that many because the property sold quickly, THANK YOU, TERRY). He has so many years of experience, he knows the problems that could arise during this (sometimes daunting) process and can take care of them before they become real issues. On my end, Terry made this process seem effortless. That is a mark of a true professional.

After my mother passed, I had the responsibility of selling my parents home. Living out-of-state, I asked our attorney for local broker recommendations.
