He, with the help of his lovely photographer wife, put beautiful pictures of our house on the internet and simultaneously had the for sale sign put in our yard with a beautiful flyer. He immediately scheduled an open house for real estate agents and brokers with a second for the public.Needless to say, our house sold immediately and for above asking price with our choice of buyers.He was responsive when we wanted to see a house during our sale and purchase of new house.
