Terry Kraemer

I highly recommend Terry Kraemer for a realtor. I met Terry when I purchased my last home 3 years ago and it was my first time to buy a home on my own. Believe me, I didn't know the first thing about buying a home and Terry made it very easy for me. He was there the whole time, every step of the way! I recently purchased my new home and sold my old home through Terry...in 36 hours! He had informed me how right the market was in my area and that if i wanted to sell, this was a good time. But I needed to find something to buy as well. Well, within a few days Terry had a home he wanted me to see and I fell in love with it! He was so right on! And, I netted $150,000 after only being in my other home for 3 years. For me, there's only one realtor in Houston, and that's Terry Kraemer!

I met Terry Kraemer three years ago when I purchased my first home from him. He made this all very easy for me, my having no prior experience in buying a home. Three years later this April, I mentioned to him that I would like to have him keep an eye out for a larger three story townhouse with an elevator in my same area. He informed me that this was a really good time to sell and buy. The following day he called me to look at a four story townhouse with an elevator, roof top terrace, back yard, three bedrooms, and a study...everything I was looking for! I instantly fell in love with this house, but was apprehensive since I had not yet sold my house. Terry assured me 100% that he could sell my house. The following day I got pre-approved for a loan and by that afternoon made an offer on my dream house. That evening I was signing papers to purchase, He came to my house that night, took pictures, put them on the internet the following morning, and the following day I was signing papers on the sale of my house! Terry helped me every step of the way and was always available when I needed to talk to him. As far as I am concerned, there is only one realtor to use and that is Terry Kraemer!

Terry was an excellent realtor who went far beyond the scope of other realtors I have used in the past. We looked at several houses and with each he provided me with a market analysis complete with comps of other homes sold within the past 6 months and what the houses could sell for if completely renovated. He provided me with a list of inspectors and was also very helpful during the negotiation process. I will definitely use his services again!
