Terry Naber

Being retired from a company that required me to move serval times, I do have experience in dealing with realtors in three different states. We have bought used, new, and custom built homes. All but one realtor, sold our home, participated in the closing (both the selling and buying ends) and collected their commission. A couple sent useless calendars for a couple of years. This included one Re/Max in another state. The one exception is Terry Naber at RE/MAX in Colorado Springs. Fourteen years ago Terry showed my wife and I several houses over a four day weekend as we were living in Georgia at the time. Not finding a previously owned house that would fit our needs she introduced us to a developer who had a floor plan with a large lot that fit our needs. This had to be a challenging task for Terry just to find a house and get a contract signed in such a short time. As we were fifteen hundred miles away Terry kept us appraised in the construction of our home. Fourteen years later we are still getting valuable information concerning home repairs, condition of the real-estate markets, and tax information from Terry. I've known a lot of Realtors in my life, both as a buyer and seller and as a retired Realtor myself. But Terry Naber is absolutely the best I've ever encountered, including myself. As an out-of-state seller I made the rookie mistake of hiring a discount broker, and I got what I paid for. Without boring you with too many details I finally called Terry in tears. She sprung into action, hiring contractors, attending HOA meetings, and meeting with specialists on all kinds of issues relating to our condo. We listened to Terry and did everything she told us to do regarding repairs and price, and in the end we got full price! Not only is Terry an excellent agent, she is also honest, kind, hardworking, and responsive. She surrounds herself with equally capable people, which made our experience even better. She turned what was a disastrous situation into a positive experience for us. Do yourself a favor and hire Terry.

Terry Naber isn't just your average rest estate agent. She's had many, many years of experience in real estate and is a real asset to anyone looking for a home. Terry is ready and willing togged to work right away to find something that meets as much as possible the desires of both a prospective buyer and, in our case, a designated renter. She let us know up front that she intended to work just as hard to find a house/condo that was in the $150,000-$200,000 range (in 2017) as she would a home worth millions. She didn't hesitate to spend immediate and serious time to find what we wanted in our price range. She was a consummate professional, giving us valuable information about the necessary inspection along the way. Terry loves her work, and it shows.
