Were not a first time home buyer so weve had experience with buying real estate and dealing with real estate agents. Terry has been the best agent we had encountered here in Vegas. Her courteous, professional, kind hearted nature made our house purchase here that much easier along with her knowledge and understanding of the market and business aspect of it all. I've known Terry a long time. She's been trying to help me find a home in Vegas for 10+ years yet never pressured me to buy anything just so she could get a commission. When my wife and I started looking for a new home, what we were looking for in a house almost seemed to be total polar opposites of each other. Terry found that happy medium for us. She worked tirelessly to find the perfect home that we both liked. She's very knowledgeable on the properties she shows...she really does her homework!
