I have lived in Idaho all my life in the beautiful City of Boise, then moved to Idaho City in 1997, I was an appraiser for Boise County Assessors office and a Court Clerk for Boise County Court House and have been enjoying a wonderful life in the mountains. BUYER BEWARE! This realtor does not abide by written contracts and can cancel a deal for any reason. She bows out based allegedly upon the premise that the neighbor didn't like the people who viewed her clients home. You won't know that either. This type of bias and prejudice goes into the "Agents Notes" only. You think you're ok until closing? Not with this broker. Think again about dealing with her.
