My experience with Terry Osborne and the Lewis Group consisted of the purchase and sale of several properties. I found Terry to be exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the transactions, listing, negotiating, inspection, lending and closing processes.Terry had advised that we put two of the properties on the Multiple Listing Service as non-active for a week, listing them as "Coming Soon." This generated considerable beforehand interest in the properties. Within two hours of the listing becoming active, we received a cash purchase offer and the other property was under contract in less than three days. We received a contract on an additional property before being listed.Terry and the Lewis Osborne group were very good at researching the properties, determining a reasonable Value range, marketing and handling all aspects of the transaction.
