The Graham Seeby Group (GSG) provided me with the easiest real estate transactions ever (of eight I've done). A truly great Atlanta team! John Prather, as my buyer's agent, listened well and was responsive and very knowledgeable. He was patient as I sorted through options after being recently widowed. John found me the perfect Decatur townhouse in a fast-paced marketplace and then negotiated hard for a favorable deal. At the same time, Justin Seeby listed my west Midtown house and secured multiple offers in 4 days, several above list price. Justin also suggested a contractor to handle a surprise stemming from the inspection report, and ensured that the issue was solved for my buyers at minimal expense to me. The closings were seamless - done in a law firm across the hall from GSG and back-to-back one day, with no problems.
