For the recent purchase of my first home, I had the pleasure of working with the amazing, Mariah Ishak! She was incredibly attentive through the whole process, from booking showings all the way to my closing date! We worked with John from The Delia Group on multiple occasions through our home buying and selling journey. He helped us buy our first house, and when it was time to move to a bigger space he helped us sell our first and buy our second home. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional and is great to work with. I worked with Josh Atias and Julie on the purchase of my very first home. My dad and family came with me to look at the first few houses but could not come to each showing. I felt a bit scared and nervous at first without them there and I told Josh "You are far too young to be my dad, but he cannot come today so I need you to act in his place with your knowledge and opinion on this house." He told me not to worry that that is what he was there for. He could be my brother, uncle, cousin, whatever I needed, that he was there to help me pick the best home for me. And he did. Throughout the process he was extremely attentive and encouraging. He was very communicative and responded promptly to all my needs, questions, and concerns. I was also impressed by his wide range of availability of time to show me properties and to expedite completing offers that had deadlines. It was literally all week long sometimes and even very early or very late sometimes that he would answer me. To me, that is dedication and going above and beyond.Julie was also very helpful, kind, and empathetic. Any time I had any questions she would always answer me promptly and follow up with me as promised. When I was in the homestretch of my loan process right before closing she would call or email me with updates on the status of my loan sometimes even before my mortgage company would. I remember being anxious to close and wanting to know when I would be cleared to close and she said she would follow up with my mortgage company each day the week before I was estimated to close to see if I was cleared yet, and she did. Julie was the first one to tell me that my closing was scheduled even before my mortgage company. She was a pleasure to speak to as well. I loved the Toth team from the beginning. They listened to where we were in the process (just getting to know the area) and kept us posted on listings and via local listing e-mails. Never pushy, they checked in every once in a while to see where we were at. When we were ready they were already familiar with our story from being in touch, knew what we were looking for, our budget, and the areas we were interested in. They connected us with their agent Craig. He is such a humble, great guy who has been doing this a long time. Worked hard to stay in our budget and gave us area advice. Once we found our house he was quick to put in a deal, advised us on terms, and won us out over some other bids. I cannot recommend the Kathy Toth team enough.
