The broker is direct and straight forward. He is very patient and takes great care in answering all questions asked. Mr. Herrera helped my wife and me to buy an investment property. He came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with him after that was the same. He proposed an efficient process. He gave us good critical advice on finishing the house. He shows us about 9 properties, all on then on the budget that we discuss.
