Joanie Karas is an excellent realtor! I first met her at an Open House and her friendliness and approachability is one of the big reasons we chose her as our Realtor. She was always willing and available to show us homes, always punctual, and never made us feel rushed. She was very knowledgeable and made sure to always keep our needs and wants in mind. My husband and I have purchased a few homes in the past, and this was by far the easiest and least stressful. We owe that largely to Joanie and her team.
