The CO housing market is absolutely out of control right now. I hear 40% of offers are cash offers right now. If you're tired of bidding and need to start winning talk to Emilee about submitting your own cash offer.I don't envy your situation if you're a first time buyer but I encourage you to keep push forward. Only the persistent will prevail. We went through the wringer from 2015-2017 looking for our first home. At the time Seth Jenson and Steve Byers were our saving grace. Thank you for all your helping me find a condominium (Mike Hadleys mom). As you know, I moved in 3 weeks ago tomorrow and I love it!. Thank you for the lovely flowers and the gift basket. They match my color schemes perfectly.I wanted to tell you that I knew on the first night that this was a great decision. My dog, Zoey, loves it here as well and she learned (practically by the next day) that living here meant lots of new dogs. She also caught on pretty quick that we need to walk to do the trash and pickup the mail. We both love that we can go out the sliding glass doors to take care of her needs, regardless of the time, and feel perfectly safe. The view, out the doors and windows, is that of watching children play, and other people walking their dogs. Its a great improvement from watching a line of ambulances arriving to pick up another resident who caught covid.I have already received both my vaccination shots and theres no stopping me now. I cant wait until it is Mikes turn. I hope you are safe and healthy as well.Again, thank you for your help.

Trey was incredible. This was our first time buying a house and Trey was able to help us through each step of the process. He was patient, always easy to reach, and was able to set times for us to see all of the homes we were considering. After we had an accepted offer, the team that Trey works with was incredibly helpful in making sure that we completed all of our paperwork and were informed of what we needed to do so that we closed on time.
