Jay has all ways been there when I needed him. A very good salesman thinks of not only the seller but also the buyer. Gets me a good price on my properties. Will go out of his way to help you on any matter.

Jay and Kyle were so helpful to me throughout the entire process...as a first time home buyer, they really put me at ease! Kyle was so fun and really knew what I wanted in a house. Jay was also really helpful in pointing out things to be concerned about...wood rot, leaking, dropping driveway, etc. I knew they would not let me buy a house they wouldn't buy themselves! Jay and his team are fantastic! After a year of trying to sell our home, and a not great realtor experience, Jay stepped in and sold our home in just a few months. He is very responsive, and answered all of our questions quickly during the process. I'd definitely use The Bollinger Team again in the future!

This team sold my house in two days...Where to begin, well they hired a real photographer to shoot the pictures of the house, see if anyone you interview does that. Mailed out flyers and was getting our house sold no matter what media it took. They were ready to go the minute we hired them. Communication is unreal, I swear Jay doesn't sleep. We did our sales contract at like 6 in the morning, before my 18 month was even up. Wanna talk about responsive representation they do it everyday. They are your guys and will literally go above and beyond. Try one of the big names, go ahead interview them, we did. They will send an assistant who doesn't even know your market, house or care what your goal is. I have a realtor for life in this team. When we bought a house after they sold ours, Jay's knowledge was critical in making the deal work for us, even in the hottest market in memory we still came out a ahead. Plus with the teams network of trusted service providers before and after the sale, their value is way more then a "realtor". Talk to Jay folks is what I'm saying. It doesn't cost anything and he gets it.

Jay and his team are simply the best at what they do. Jay always had our best interest in mind and worked tirelessly to not only get our home sold (in two days for above asking price) no to also close on our new home without any glitchesI rarely write reviews on anything but finding the Jay Bollinger team and having him as our advocate and expert made the entire process of selling and buying fanatastic. Highly recommending Jay seems insufficient. I would swear by realtor and tell anyone looking that their first last and only choice is the Jay Bollinger team!

Everyone buying or selling a house deserves to work with someone like Jay. Jay took great care of us through the entire process. He worked around our crazy schedules to show us countless houses. While he wasn't showing us houses, he was busy keeping us updated with the most current listings. When it came time to make an offer Jay was quick to get the paperwork in ensuring that we didn't have to compete with other offers. Jay spent time marketing our house before it listed to ensure it would sell quickly. He was able to get the house sold within 11 days of listing. He kept us updated daily while the house was listed and always had a plan in place. Jay was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and it was a pleasure working with him. Once all the paperwork was in place his job still didn't end. He was right by our sides to congratulate us. He even setup for someone to mow our new lawn for the rest of the season. We can't thank Jay enough for all of his time and hard work.
