Theresa Bernhardt

For Theresa, real estate is more than a job, it’s a way of life. After more than 25 years of working with buyers and sellers, Theresa gets as much pleasure from helping her clients find their perfect property as she did on her first sale. Her passion for all things real estate is readily apparent in her enduring relationships with her clients as well as her encyclopedic knowledge of local real estate. Theresa is as dedicated to the local realtor community as she is to her clients. Theresa served as President and named Realtor of the Year with the White Mountain Board of Realtors in 2018. Her volunteer experience includes the annual Art in the Park, a long-time event held in Schouler Park in August. She's also a Jen’s Friends volunteer, past hospice volunteer, and has served as the co-chair of the Hannes Schneider Meister Cup. When she’s not involved in real estate sales or service, find Theresa gardening, cycling, practicing yoga, cooking or enjoying time with friends and family.
