She explained the entire process to us from getting our home ready, open house, media coverage, to final sale. Theresa is a fantastic person and realtor! I had the pleasure of renting an apartment from her and she sold me my home. As a renter, she made it so easy. She really keeps up on the maintenance and if there are any issues, they are taken care of immediately. When we bought our home, the market was very tough. The inventory was slim and the demand was high. We had two deals fall through, which was no fault of hers. One was a bid situation and the other had a deed issue. Theresa never lost her patience and she always went the extra mile. Even going to the town to do research on the properties to try and avoid any issues. When we did finally find our home, we needed to act fast. Theresa did such an incredible job communicating with the seller's realtor and she was very responsive morning and nights, including weekends. I don't think we would have gotten the deal done without her. We cannot thank her enough for finding the perfect home for us!
