This entire process was all new to me, totally out of my thought process, and Theresa brought us up and over. On 12/21/16, I thought my life had come to a standstill with the passing of my husband. We had hoped to do all we had to do in 1 year - downsize a huge house, find a condo in another area, get the house ready for sale and find a buyer. Well....Theresa found me a perfect condo, helped get the financing for the condo until the house was sold, closing on the condo in 4 months, selling and signing on the house 7 months and 7 days from the day my life fell apart.
