Theresa Lunt is a true real estate professional that goes above and beyond our expectations. We moved from CT to NC and she helped us find a place to rent until we were ready to purchase a home. The ordeal of moving from out of state to uncharted waters was made smooth due to her due diligence in finding the right rental home for us. When the time came to buy a home, she again went the extra mile by showing us homes that not only were in our price range and within the specifications that we wanted, she also provided personal attention to our financing, inspection, home warranty, and her recommendations were superb! Moving from out of state is an ordeal on it's own and buying a home on top of that would be stressful enough, but the experience was made all the more pleasant due to Theresa Lunt. We cannot say enough of the wonderful service and expertise that was shown to us from Theresa. Top shelf all the way!

Theresa was such a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and attentive throughout the whole process. She asked me many questions about what I was looking for and my budget. Within a week, we saw several homes within my price range and slightly above. I was very stuck on a townhome in Apex that was above my price range and she worked her negotiating magic and got 10k off and a free fridge from an already sold out new construction neighborhood! Theresa communicated thoroughly with the builder, lending office, project manager and attorneys. She continuously updated me on the status of the townhome and engaged me every step of the way. It was so easy to let her take over and advocate for my needs and wants. Theresa was also there for my closing walk through and helped me see mistakes I did not see. Theresa is highly professional and is very knowledgeable in real estate. I recommend her to anyone that wants a fast, easy buying or selling process.
