More about Theresa Strait
I have lived in the North Atlanta area many years and love helping clients with all aspects of real estate. The most important part of my job is to negotiate the best deal possible for the sellers and buyers who trust me to work for their best interest. I have a background in new construction sales, Active Adult Communities, and the luxury home market. My background as a professional stager allows me to offer this service to my seller clients. I have been a Top Producer at Atlanta Fine Homes in 2017, 2018 and 2019. I belong to the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Also, I am grateful that Homelight has named me a Top Negotiator for 2019.
My outside interests include playing tennis, pet-sitting, volunteering, and traveling to see my adult children.

- Theresa listed and sold my home
I actually met Theresa when I was purchasing a new home. I was so impressed with her knowledge and warmth that I actually had her and her partner list my house. She did a wonderful job negotiating as I had three offers within 10 days. It was a little stressful selling because I had already put a contract on the buying end. Her calm demeanor and knowledge put me at ease in a stressful situation. It was a great experience working with Theresa. Not only is she a great real estate agent, she is a wonderful person.
