Tom is great at his job! He was patient, and helped my wife and myself find the perfect home. We moved from out of state and he went above and beyond to preview homes for us. Not to mention he got us a great deal and noticed at the final walkthrough that the hot water heater was leaking.... so we were able to negotiate an additional $1,500 at the closing table to cover a new hot water heater!
