I reached out to Tom Clary with some very specific criteria for my first home purchase and he not only accepted the challenge but he did it with a smile throughout the entire process. Tom is very knowledgable, trustworthy, & patient. Over the course of several months, we looked at many condos, townhouses, & single family homes. As a mater of fact, we put offers in on many places and were countered many times but for one reason or another (some by my choice & some by the seller's choice) we never entered escrow on any of them.
