Tom has been enjoying all aspects of real estate for more than two decades. He has personally bought and sold over 125 properties and managed in excess of 200 apartment units. After countless frustrating transactions, it’s safe to say that he has experienced first hand, every conceivable hurdle and pitfall that buyers, sellers and realtors encounter. It didn’t take long for Tom to realize that he was more experienced than the salespeople he was hiring to buy or sell his property. The irony motivated him to obtain his Real Estate Brokers license in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. He opened an independent real estate office in 2001. At Emerald Square Real Estate, Tom was able to integrate his experience and attention to detail, into an everyday part of his business. When it comes to running a real estate office, his philosophy is quite simple. Treat each transaction as if they were your own.
