  • Thomas and I connected, but did no business

This guy was the sellers agent and he was so unprofessional and unethical. My partner and i are of alternative lifestyle and since my parter took the loan out as I am currently not employed due to my having to travel back and forth to Baja to care and assist my dad I did not meet the requirements for a loan though I have a large savings that was not suffice to qualify so my partner and I agreed that placing me on the deed would suffice. Well, Thomas was told about me being placed on the deed and figured that we were a couple, he made subliminal comments to my agent that could be taken as homophonic. My agent shared the info because she is not only my agent but also a friend. Well this is where it gets offensive and an attack to me. Somehow my loan officer missed the deadline to file all that bend to do and so Thomas contact my agent to let her know that if I wanted to be included in the deed. I needed to release the earnest money first and then he would sign the amendment. But only after he received the money first which I had no issue with money. He didn’t not contact his client and made the decision for her to try to impress her. Then after we moved in, he left 1 key and no garage door opener. We tried to contact him and got no response. It is when we found 3 travel bags in Garage that he decided to call back and agreed to drop the keys and remote. He hid it in the most inconvenient place. I am definitely going to contact the state board and lodge a complaint of discrimination .
