Terrible realtor. Useless in finding homes for you. When you find one yourself, he will open the door for you only, then work with the seller's agent to get you to pay more than the home is worth, getting a cut from the seller's agent. Absolutely unscrupulous individual. He is "active" in his church as a ?treasurer..hopefully he is not scamming them also.
