After 17 years of buying, selling, and managing investment real estate, I made the decision in early 2017 to commit 100% of my time to residential real estate. I am partnering with my brother with his very successful 16 year career in residential real estate. We affectionately refer to ourselves as "The McCaffrey Brothers". We focus a large portion of my business on: Seniors - 50+ and over - This would include people that are looking to downsize as well as senior family members transitioning from their long-time home to assisted living/independent living/memory care/etc communities. We really love this segment of the population....perhaps because we are part of it!!
