Tom is an experienced, personable, and knowledgeable agent. I was a first time home-buyer and he carefully guided me through the entire process from picking the right home to navigating the closing process. I never felt pressured from Tom to make offers on homes that did not fit what I was looking for. Throughout the entire home-buying process, Tom represented my best interests and I felt we were truly a team. Whenever there was anything questionable about a property, he would bring it to my attention. He is an effective communicator and was always easily accessible at all hours of the day. Even though the mortgage process with my bank was a total nightmare, Tom was patient, optimistic, and maintained excellent communication with the bank. If you want to find a friendly and energetic agent in the competitive Seattle market, I highly recommend Tom. His experience is well worth it!

As the personal representative of my mother's estate, it was my responsibility to sell her house. I decided to use my portion of the inheritance to purchase my own home. This was a fairly complicated situation to say the least. Tom was referred to me and I was immediately relieved to learn he was familiar with the added intricacies of an estate sale. From start to finish, Tom was fabulous to work with. He is very knowledgeable about all the processes involved with real estate transactions. He is very responsive and always has a wonderful, can-do type of attitude. Tom worked very hard to get a great price for my mother's home and helped me get into my own home. In the end, the two sales were coordinated to close on the same day and everything went through without a hitch. I would absolutely choose to work with him again if the need ever arises.

Tom was outstanding to work with! He made our very first home buying experience easy and fun! We were extremely impressed with his quick responses to our questions/comments, his follow through, and his willingness to work around our schedules to show us homes at times that were likely not as convenient for him. Our favorite aspect about working with Tom was that we felt like he truly was looking out for our best interest. We never felt pressure from him to buy right away. He took the time to figure out what we both wanted and needed in homes, and worked to accommodate changes in our wants/needs as we progressed through the home buying process. Above all, we enjoyed his perspective on homes during tours. He was open to pointing out both the positive and potential "negative" aspects of the homes we toured. His honesty, energy and outgoing personality made us feel comfortable working with him from the start!

If I could describe Tom it would have to be "the right man with the right skill sets" our communication began while we were searching to relocate from our home in North Carolina to the Seattle Washington area. Tom expertly managed to capture all of our wishes we had with the amenities of the house, location, and school district. He was able to articulate our vision and execute by finding us a house that we can turn into a home. As a military family relocating, this can be intimidating to say the least. With Tom however, I knew that my family was in the right hands! I highly recommend him for any of your home buying services and cannot thank him enough.

He definitely listened to me and whats better is that he was good about email communication when that would be faster for both of us and gave me time to read and review info he was giving me before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc. He went above and beyond to help me through this process. He followed up on items and helped me stay on track I never had to worry that something was slipping through the cracks the whole process only took a week. I definitely see Tom as a friend now and a person of his word.
