Thomas Robin

Thom Robin was our realtor when we were buying our first house. He was recommended through family as a trusted realtor. My husband and I were very impressed with Thom's dedication to his job. He was always available to answer questions and give his honest opinion. I could reach him via phone or email at all times, so when we were interested in a house he was willing to go see it that moment. I felt that Thom was very knowledgable in the housing buying process. He informed us of all the steps, and always gave his honest opinion of the house we were looking at. Thom ended up having to do some negotiation for us to get what we wanted for the house, and I was very happy he had our best interest in mind, and stood up for us. Overall, I was very comfortable with having Thom as our realtor. He was honest, knowledgable, and attentive. When or if my husband and I decide to sell our house and buy a new one, we would call Thom again without hesitation.

Thom was the perfect partner for my wife and I as we purchased our first home. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, suggest things we hadn't thought of, and make recommendations for the best areas in Minneapolis to start our search.

I met Thom shortly after moving to the cities and we clicked immediately. He really listened to me and helped me find the perfect house... And then helped me sell it when I decided I needed to be downtown. He then helped me find the perfect area and condo. I've referred him to my children and many friends who he has also helped buy their perfect homes. He's wonderful to work with, really knows the whole cities area and has so much experience and knowledge of the home market! I love working with him and would highly recommend him!!

Thom was recommended by a friend as the realtor I had was not showing me property. Thom is efficient, listens to your needs, finds the property quickly. Within a week we found my new home. Best realtor in my opinion!

We were not looking for a realtor, but went to an open house that Thomas was hosting. He was upfront and easy to talk to. We saw a few houses with him the next week and decided he was the guy for us. For the next three months, Thomas was always open to looking when we had time and he really understood what we were looking for. He helped us steer away from houses that would not make us happy. In the end, we saw 27 houses. Thomas helped us all the way through the closing. We still love our house 18 months later and would definitely work with him again

Don't waste your time with the 'suits and bad hair' realtors. Thom is the real deal with no pretense - he doesn't need it. He is immediately approachable, VERY likeable, honest, accommodating, EXTREMELY flexible, reliable to a fault, and HONEST TO THE CORE. He's also gifted with wry humor. Best of all, if you're off the charts with your thinking process, he carefully brings you back to reality. Since my husband, Ralph, has a very unrelenting/busy career, Thom and I viewed properties from Taylors Falls, Franconia, Forest Lake, and Stillwater. All over the map! I don' cook for just anyone. Thom received two pasta specialties. If you don't hire him, it's your loss.

Working with Thom was a wonderful experience! I had some challenges in selling my home and he was very supportive. It was clear that my needs as a customer were more important to him than earning a quick buck. He's honest, incredibly knowledgeable as a realtor and also a very kind person. Tom is a great communicator and has an excellent response time. He puts a lot of time and energy into his clients and always makes himself available. Tom was terrific. I had been working with someone else but they really weren't interested in showing me anything because I wasn't yet preapproved. I met Tom at an open house and he was perfectly willing to show me around. He was also very knowledgeable about the areas I was looking in. When i didn't get the first condo I bid on, he made sure to immediately line up some more places to look at so that I wouldn't get discouraged. His professionalism and his persistent confidence that we would succeed in finding something I loved were very important to me. And that's what happened: I found a condo that I absolutely loved. He was just as good about paperwork and negotiating. I highly recommend him! He was just great.
