Negative. My wife, Rita, found this property after the deal on "Joe Wood" drive in Macomb Township, Mi. was pulled out from under us. This after all purchase and approved financing agreements signed and accepted. We were literally moved out of our house and moving into the "Joe Wood" property when we got "blindsided". We were just days away from being out on the street. Luckily, John Vitelli at "Main Street Bank" got us financing for the Robert Street property quickly and efficiently at a great interest rate. This on our own. No thanks to Mr. Roncelli and his "people". Thank you... Andy Johansons.
