Thomas is an amazing realtor. I decided to sell my condo after moving back into my old house, and having never sold a property before I was a bit intimidated by the process -- so many boxes to check, so much prep to do, and a lot of steps before the transaction gets done. Also, being in an old building that wasn't without its warts, I was concerned about getting sufficient buyer traffic to get us to a deal. Thomas was incredible from the moment we started working together. He connected me to staging and cleaning folks, coordinated their arrival and work, and I barely had to lift a finger beyond paying the invoices. We moved out March 5th and the place was staged and listed by that weekend, less than a week after we'd departed. Thomas drove a lot of buyer activity on the property between marketing and open houses, and given that we were listing a condo it was pretty impressive to see the amount of foot traffic. We had offers within the first week. Thomas negotiated deftly to get us the best possible offer, and at every step of the process his instincts were spot on: he knew when to push, when to give a little, and when to strike a deal. We ended up closing at nearly $4,000 over our asking price, even without having multiple competing bids. Thomas really knows how to sell the value of the property he's listing and (perhaps more importantly) how to fit the right motivated buyer to the right property, which can be the difference between a painful and expensive transaction and one that moves quickly. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude for all Thomas did in handling the sale of my condo.
