We stumbled upon Tom several years ago when we bought our first house. He was actually the sellers agent. We had such a great experience with him we hired him to sell the house again! He kept his word and he found the right buyer. He is patient, kind, and explains things well. He is also motivated and gets the job done! Tom recently helped us through the lengthy purchase of our next home! We really like Tom and have recommended him to family and friends.

Tom was our seller’s agent. He listed the house as having one extra acre and “didn’t realize” there was over 1 million dollars in back taxes causing several leans on the house. We paid for an invisible acre and his mistakes cost us lots of time and money. By the time we found out, it was too late to turn around. We had locked in a rate on our mortgage and had to pay extra on that because of Tom’s needless mistakes. By the time we were ready to finally close on the house, Tom told the seller that she could take all the time she needed to move out. We had agreed on an extra $200 per day after closing—the seller had no idea and had no money to pay it. In the end she owed us $2000. Tom should have paid it. I wouldn’t trust him!!
