After working as a manager of a steamship company for a number of years, Tom set sail for dry land to develop a career as a Texas Realtor listing and selling properties in Greater Houston. While working in ocean transportation, Tom did extensive domestic and international traveling, having transferred in several cities before settling in Houston in 1989. In early 2000, Tom left the steamship industry to pursue a career in real estate. “I took the challenge of becoming a Realtor because I believe the fundamentals of sales is universal.
