Thomas Tucker was excellent during our first home buying experience. My girlfriend and I were referred to Tom and are glad we had his help. This being our first home purchase we were a little unsure of what to expect and how the process all works. Tom walked us through it step by step and made sure we understood what was happening at all times. Tom helped keep us in a positive attitude when we would get out bid and have to start looking again. He was always very responsive and understanding of our needs and wants in our first home. Tom was very expedient in getting our offers in and helping us decide on our offer price points. Tom was very knowledgeable during our inspection and offered tips for fixing minor issues and helped decide on what we should ask to be fixed by the seller. In the end the process was very smooth and stress free. Closing was a breeze and we were home owners before we knew it. We cannot say enough good things about Tom and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home transaction

Buying something over the internet is always a risk but we had no other choice because we live in Florida and had to make a purchase on a deadline.First of all, when I mentioned a property, he drove over to the property and made a video of it so I could see it. He didn't have to do that at all for a person he had never met and only talked to on the phone once... but he did and he sealed the deal with me by doing that extra. I was recommended another realtor, but I dropped her in favor of Thomas because he showed me he was interested in helping me. Then when we did find a place, he negotiated the price down and even though there was another higher offer on the place we won because of him.
