In searching home listings in the Jacksonville area, we met Tom. We had a very short timeframe in which to purchase and close on our home. He sent us all the listings within our criteria so we could review them and let him know the ones we were interested in viewing. He had them organized in the order in which we would see them so we could see them as quickly as possible with no "back tracking". We selected our home on our second trip. The next task for Tom was to set everything up so we could close as quickly as possible. This was accomplished in 10 days since it was a cash offer and all inspections had already been completed. We have dealt with numerous real estate agents over the years, and no one has ever done the job as well as Tom did. He followed through even after the closing to make sure we were happy with the house and everything was working as planned. We very highly recommend Tom. I am preparing to retire and wanted to downsize before retirement. Tom came to the house did a walk thru explaining how to properly present the home and to have great curb appeal.
