Thor was extremely professional and extremely competent with the selling of our town home. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding pricing trends, and also had the best home photographer come to our location prior to our listing. We actually were able to sell our home PRIOR to going to market. Thor was excellent in handling all communication between us as the sellers, and the new buyers. We were so thrilled with his expertise, that we used him again to purchase our new home. We have recommended him to many friends and family members, and everyone is very satisfied.

Thor did a great job in helping me decide what I needed to do before I listed my condo. He was well informed and very concise about what we should list my condo for. He was really responsive as well, including coming to my local watering hole to sign the paperwork. Thor was great for our buying process. He knew the neighborhood that we wanted to be in and even let us look at a house that wasn't listed. This ended up being the house that we chose, but he took us to other houses in our target areas to see. We just loved the first house so much, so we put an offer in the next day. Back in 2013, the housing market was barely showing signs of recovery and my wife and I were hesitant to even try to sell our house. Prior to meeting Thor, we tried to sell our house without success. Thor used his vast appraisal experience to determine a fair selling price while using his realtor experience to provide suggestions on how to best make our house appealing to buyers. I truly believe that Thor's experience in both facets of real estate helped us get a cash offer on our house within a few short weeks. Of course Thor did not stop after the offer was received. He diligently walked us through every step of the house selling process. During the inspection, we were notified of several items that the buyers wanted addressed. We bought our new home for 100k under the bank appraisal value! We also received fantastic guidance on which houses to tour and when. We saw the home we ended up purchasing hours after it went on the market because this team was on the lookout. Our home such a good deal it had 3 offers in one day, but thankfully we had the guidance to beat our competing bids. I'm so glad Thor and Allison were on the hunt and told us to look at it quickly. Most agents are just not that proactive.
