Born and reared on St. Thomas USVI, at a young age, Tia became enthralled with the intricacies of the Danish colonial architecture, building structure and history prevalent throughout the capital city, Charlotte Amalie. From that seed, Tia’s interest in real estate blossomed.
After studying at Virginia State University, Tia relocated to Georgia in 2015. It is here where she turned her love of the hospitality industry, and her passion for the real estate industry, into her professional calling.
