Where do I begin? We are so glad Zillow linked us with Tia. Right from the start, she was so easy to talk to. She asked me what my goals were. I told Tia our lease didn’t end until another 6 months or so and that we were not in a hurry, just looking. Tia was never pushy, she let us look at our own pace and was always available anytime we wanted to look at a house. Her service was exemplary! She was always prompt and prepared with a printout of information regarding each property. There were times we would be out looking at houses and would find one online for sale in the same area. Tia was always accommodating and would do everything she could to show us any houses we wanted to see last minute. She lined up the viewings perfectly, allowing us time to look and make it to the next house without having to rush. I always asked Tia her opinion on several listing prices or offers we considered making because I felt confident in her experience and expertise. I believe she always gave us her honest opinion. Tia is extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate and home financing. Our lender and the seller’s agent both praised Tia for being so easy to work with. Tia represented us to the fullest and fought to get us the best deal possible. We are so grateful to Tia for helping us find our forever home. We don’t intend to move, but if we did, we would pick Tia again and again and again! We were excited to close on the house, but so sad to say buy to Tia. She is so personable and truly a joy to be around. Thank you Tia!
