Not very good. Very little knowledge of area we were looking in. I actually found our property and negotiated the price myself. Ta showed us several shacks. A couple in very bad neighborhoods. She did get us viewing of several homes I had looked up on the realty sites. We paid cash for house. When time to turn keys over came would not answer my calls. It was a Friday and neither Tia or the other realtor felt like doing their job that day. My husband and I were living riverside with my parents. They both knew this. We ended up going to our new neighbor who had been watching/caring for the property for a couple years. He gave us his set of keys so we could actually move in to the home we owned. Would never suggest tia or the other realtor to anyone.

Tia Stribling - Realtor Review With her marketing savvy, Tia Stribling contacted us one morning by phone after we had viewed some of her properties online, which had prompted us for our contact information. Although I was initially hesitant in taking the call, being a person who is always careful, I accepted her call. In speaking just a few moments with Tia on the phone, I was immediately made to feel at ease, and was very impressed with her professional and friendly attitude. I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and understanding she was about the challenges and pursuits of finding a viable home that could work for us. What was initially nearly ignored, this phone call quickly became a most friendly and comfortable 20-minute phone call. In addition, although I had advised her we had already met with another realtor in the area on 3 separate occasions, Tia wasted no time in telling me she in no way wanted to initiate a meeting or step on someone else’s toes if we had a firm relationship in play. I reassured her we were not satisfied, and had no reservations in initiating a conversation with Tia. She is absolutely the opposite of forceful or pushy, traits of which many agents I had dealings with over the years were the most common attributes. During our conversation, we learned there was an absolute level of potential trust my wife and I had been seeking - getting to know a professional realtor who understood the importance of listening and understanding our wants and needs, and could absolutely help us locate a new home that met our standards and criteria. With Tia we soon learned we had struck Gold! We agreed to meet with her, and took a day to drive to Temecula from our home in Redondo Beach. She took the time to interview us to better understand 'what made us tick' in looking for a new property that would make us happy and content in what would be a very big change in our lives, especially after living near the beach in Los Angeles for 20+ years! Meeting Tia, we were immediately reassured we had found an agent who would help make this home search and transition a positive experience. We were put at ease, with her zero pressure attitude, and as we viewed properties over the next 3-4 trips to Temecula, we knew she had our best interests at heart. Tia took the time to tour us around the entire area, and was very knowledgeable in explaining the kinds of neighborhoods, home styles and accommodations we might consider. The home viewing process was made quite enjoyable - totally different than what we had expected in dealing with an agent! Tia was totally professional, yet completely personable and caring about the process in getting to know and understand us as clients. Staying in close communication with her from our Redondo Beach home in between viewing days, she had taken the time to investigate available properties BEFORE we took our next viewing day drive - 2+ hours away! Tia was always prepared prior to our rendezvous and took great care in scheduling our day to make the most of our time, since we made the long drive to find a home. She made certain to learn exactly what our wants and desires were, and immediately discounted viewing properties that did not meet our wishes. She was totally respectful of our time and didn't waste a minute with showing us properties that would not meet our criteria. Each time we arrived to meet as scheduled - and yes, she was ALWAYS prompt - she had prepared detailed printouts of the houses to view that day, extremely organized in identifying the most reasonable and easy time-saving method in traffic to do our viewing - having already scheduled with the various owners ahead of time. Tia made this viewing and selection process as painless and pleasant an experience as possible for our family! At the end of just a few days of viewing the various areas and properties available, together we found the property that we would ultimately purchase. Before we attended that single-day open house on the property, Tia had managed to fully review the history of the home with as many details that were available, and was able to answer many questions before we visited the 1/2 acre view property. With her contacts and associates, we were introduced to a finance professional to ensure we would be ready to back up an offer. Once we were on property and took in the view and surroundings, we knew our process had been successful. Tia helped us negotiate a fair price for the location, and with her associates, made the offer and buying experience as painless as possible. Again, Tia is a very knowledgeable realtor, spends extra time in continuing to learn the ins and outs of the business, but even more impressive, she is a person who truly cares about her clients. She operates in a manner that you gain her immediate trust, which made us as clients feel immediately 'at home' and comfortable in letting her do her job in representing us, which she manages with such a positive and professional attitude. Anyone who elects to work with Tia Stribling should thank their lucky stars they have found a Unicorn. From our experience we can honestly attest this will be a most wonderful ride....

Well, my husband and I were in the market for a while which seemed like forever working with realtors that just didn’t seem to be a fit for us in our journey.
