I love working with buyers, sellers, experienced investors and even window shopping first timers needing an extra bit of hand-holding. I have 20 years experience in the construction industry and feel that gives me a valuable edge when looking at properties. My small town farming community roots help me when working up your business plan on ranches nut farms or commercial buildings. I am also involved in the art community through the Museum of Northern Ca. Art (monca) at the old Veteran's Hall in Chico.
