We started to look for a house about 2 years ago in Ventura county and turned to our friends for their experiences and realtors they had worked with. After talking to many realtors recommended it was evident to us that they were not the right fit for various reasons ranging from knowledge of the areas we wanted to move into to a lack of connection to their customers on a personal level.Luckily another friend of ours recommended Tiffany Dochick from Keller Williams. We called her and it became evident very quickly that she was very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking into. However, the biggest was that she was able to understand my wifes tangible requirements: but even more so was able to understand the intangibles that we had for the kind of place we were looking for.Tiffany went to work right away and sent us listings but never pushed us in anyways to get us to buy quickly. All questions were answers promptly and appointments kept even with her busy schedule with other clients who were working with her and were in various stages of buying a place. This was even done late nights and early mornings. It was very easy to talk to her and her work ethics are just beyond outstanding.Tiffany has a plethora of business connections: who in turn did an outstanding job of getting the deal closed in less than 30 days that the seller requested.All in all she is the absolute best both professionally and as a warm, effusive and honest person we have ever worked with in buying houses across east mid-west and west coasts when we had to move. I would absolutely recommend her to any person or family looking to buy a place in the SoCal area without an iota of hesitation.

We moved to So Cal-about 2.5 years back. We looked around for homes in Ventura County/Thousand Oaks Area- Met several realtors during Open houses- Some were very pushy, scaring prices are going through the roof (- like Silicon Valley), scared us. After almost 14-months we happened to meet Tiffany Dochick-in an open house. We thought it is one more of the same! NO-We had a totally different kind of experience- Tiffany recommended us a rental-condo, worked with us to get us going and helped us negotiate with the Condo-owner/realtor, made sure we document everything clearly. After a few months, we started looking to buy a single family house, and she would work with us and recommended areas and price comfortable to us. After almost 7-8 months of looking for houses (almost-60-70 houses, 8-10 offers), she was very patient, and never put pressure to make us decide. About a year back, we purchased a house , Tiffany represented us. Worked through all the logistics of closing, including getting keys and verifying all things are fine. She even helped us to deal with moving from rental condo and recommended a good handy man to fix the house. I would whole heartedly recommend Tiffany- She represents buyer effectively, Good honest-trustworthy, Patient realtor

Tiffany is a go getter and really worked to understand our needs. It seems as if she never sleeps as she was always finding new options and new homes to look at! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. We highly recommend her.
