We were moving from Oklahoma to Colorado Springs, while still living in Oklahoma. This team worked so hard to make our house hunting as painless as possible--even viewing homes while face timing us so that we could tour them together from a state away! We were also first time home buyers and they made understanding and completing the process much less scary.

Buying our home with Tiffany and her group was beyond easy. Her associate, David, even stayed in the office until 1830 on a Sunday evening helping my wife and I decide which houses to look at. Her and her team took care of everything and it was so smooth.

There should be a 10 star rating for this group. I was contacted immediately after leaving a message that I was interested in selling. Patti Pelletier came out to the residence for a review and suggested, that at company expense, that I have a staging professional come out to make recommendation before putting on the market. The staging profession, on a two hour schedule, made recommendations on virtually every aspect of the home. When finished she give me a written list for me to follow. It took over 2 week to get things in order after which Patti review with me the listing before publication. The property went on the MLS on a Friday. The next day I had 6 offers. On Sunday I had another 2 offers, one being cash and for a greater than listing price. " TWO DAYS. AND NOT EVEN A FOR SALE SIGN ON THE PROPERTY. As important was the follow up. This was not a big high priced home but they made me feel just as important. Staff member Alisa Hartlieb gets the 5 stars for her attentive work. These are real Pros. Want the job done? This is the group.

We are in process of selling our home, and Tiffany's team is AMAZING! They explained to us step by step what to do, and what to expect.
