I am an Real Estate Broker doing business in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. I had the opportunity to conduct a very complex real estate transaction where Tiffany represented the purchaser in an exchange for a replacement property for the sellers and their family. I found Tiffany when I was in the early, more casual stages of buying a house, and am so, so grateful I found her. It is such a crazy cut-throat process, but it ended up being so seamless and positive with her at my side. I'll say, too, that having a female real estate agent was really nice -- she's as smart and savvy as her peers, but with more empathy and compassion than I found with the other agents I talked to. We're still in touch (even though it's been a couple years since the sale), and I feel totally empowered to call her with house questions, vendor recommendations, etc., which says a lot about her dedication to clients. Buying a place is one of the biggest decisions I've ever made, but I am so happy with the outcome, the process, and with Tiffany as my agent.

I would recommend Tiffany to anyone, especially a first-time home buyer. She knows the market, where to find what you're looking for, and how to make an offer that will get it for me. More importantly than that, she knows when NOT to make an offer. Buying a home is stressful and it's easy to see something you like, feel the pressure, and make a bad decision. Tiffany and I looked at a lot of homes that I could have easily overpaid for. Instead, she was reassuring, kept me calm, and we made offers on the right ones. I couldn't be happier with the results

My husband and I met Tiffany at an open house. She was very accommodating. She took time to answer all our questions (and we had many as we were first time buyers).
