My wife and I first met Tiffany Shaw a week or so after my mother-in-law passed away. As personal representative (executor) for the estate, I found myself in the position of having to sell the family home with four siblings having different ideas of the selling price, but also of the wisdom of selling at all, especially in the depressed housing market. It was a difficult time for me. Not only was my wife deeply saddened by the passing of her Mother, but the house itself was a challenge.Circumstances forced me to use another Realtor at first, but after almost five months of almost no showings, no communication, and no advertising, I discharged the first Realtor and put Tiffany Shaw in charge.She has been available for consultation every time I have called (I live out of town and travel frequently) and has helped me immensely with her expertise. When you choose a professional to handle any of your affairs, whether it is a plumber to a stock broker to a realtor, you always want someone very ethical, will tell you the truth, and have knowledge of their profession and a good attitude thru out the whole process. Tiffany Shaw has all of these qualities and more. I was in Real Estate sales, and a Real estate Broker for 30 years before I retired and then my husband and I were clients and customers of Tiffany. She worked long hours for us, her follow up was impeccable and she maintained a professional and delightful attitude thru out our transactions. Tiffany has been simply awesome to work with! As an asset manager for a large bank, I work with many agents and I truly wish Tiffany could cover the entire state! An agent today needs to be MUCH more than someone who throws together a value opinion, lists on MLS and waits for the phone to ring. Tiffany gets that. She takes full control of even problem from assignment to closing. From initial assessment to securing a property, cleaning/trashing out, minor or major repairs, very relevant value opinions, pictures, on-going maintenance, etc. Tiffany does it all! Finally, getting a contract today is only half the battle. Getting it closed takes persistence, patience, negotiating skills, tact, empathy, and market knowledge. Tiffany has all these things. She is great! Tiffany comes highly recommended to assist you/your company with your REO needs. You will NOT be disappointed. I write VERY few recommendations, this one is sincere.

Tiffany helped us buy our home in 2017. She spent three weekends driving us around to countless homes until we found the one. We loved our experience so much, we used her to sell our home this year. A few years ago I reviewed her skills as a house seller, today I want to recommend her as a house purchaser.We saw a lot of houses with Tiffany before we bought our perfect house. She understood the process perfectly and her opinions (which she only gave when asked) helped us avoid big pitfalls. I am so glad she was with us when we were taking a second look at a house we had made an offer on. She saw a serious problem that we missed the first time, when we'd visited the house in a dim light.When we bought the house we are in -- on the first day -- she helped us get it by explaining and implementing an escalator clause. The seller noted that she wanted to work with Tiffany (there were other offers) because she'd been recommended as an excellent and impeccable professional. That was our experience. We just bought in a super hot sellers market. Don't negotiate a market like this unless you have someone helping you that you can totally trust. Tiffany was wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end. She came in and evaluated my home and helped me make a few changes to reach my target price. She then helped me strategize how to price it in the current market to receive the desired goal price. Even after we were under contract, Tiffany never stopped working. She kept me informed of all of the buyers financial bumps, and she worked tirelessly to obtain a backup offer. From beginning to end, I could not have had a better experience!
