Tiffany Tran

Wow! She was taking drone pictures of my property the day after I hired her. She priced it perfectly! I got well over asking in a few weeks. She is a negotiating whiz and when I was cringing she held out and got me $100,000 more than I thought I could get. This was a property in Southlake that was over two acres. It was amazing. She is kind and patient and got me top dollar! I cannot thank her enough.

Buying a home now seemed impossible. Every home I liked would sell before I saw it or I was outbid. I hired Tiffany and she showed me this dream home in 24 hours of listing and help me write an offer that got me the house out of 5 bids! She told me the price to offer making sure it was within the home value and added other things that the buyer couldn’t resist! I was amazed! My budget was $1,5 million and I got the home of my dreams for just under that with Tiffany. She has great ideas and is a go getter that successfully get me a home when I thought it was impossible. She did this in like a week! Hire her!
