Tiffini Brockway was a superb real estate agent for us. Due to health reasons, my husband and I had to relocate rather quickly to be closer to his specialist to begin extensive treatment. Tiffini helped us to get the house on the market immediately, providing excellent advice on how to prepare our home for the open houses. She managed to sell our house in only three weeks, just as we needed to leave to begin treatments for my husband. In our absence, she oversaw every detail of the inspection and subsequent repairs of our home, so as to make sure that the buyer was completely satisfied upon closing. Tiffini went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our house closed on time, and her professional attention to every detail enabled us to focus on medical issues. She is an amazing person, who encompasses integrity and compassion with her clients. We could not have been more pleased with her performance as our real estate agent. VERY PROFESSIONAL. SHE TOOK ON A LOT OF EXTRA WORK BECAUSE WE WERE OUT OF STATE OWNERS. MANY LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS AND FAXES ETC. SHE EVEN REPRESENTED US AT THE CLOSING. WE WERE KEPT WELL INFORMED THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. GREAT JOB !!!

Tiffini handled a very unusual sale. There were five owners involved. She kept everyone up to date on matters that had to be addressed. She handled all matters in a very professional way. I would highly recommend her.

Tiffini helped me secure a home from out of state, which is a daunting task already. I had limited, very limited, time. I made the first trip from 10 hours away, ready to buy a home whether I like it or not! We searched high and low, but I could not find a home that gave me the feels. Tiffini did not make me feel pressured, and reassured me that she was helping me because she loves what she does, and she meant it. You can really tell when someone has their heart into something. I left feeling a little disappointed but Tiffini kept asking questions, getting to know us a little bit better and keeping in contact long distance. She ended up suggesting a house that was not something I would have considered. After doing a walk through, I got the feels! We loved it! She put all the pieces together and got us to the right place. I realized I had no idea what I wanted, and was describing something I thought I wanted. On top of all this we had to move to IA before we could get into the house so we were essentially homeless. Tiffini was able to use her connections to put us in touch with two amazing people that had an apartment for rent and let us sign papers based on Tiffini's word.
