Tim went over and above in customer service and being our Realtor. I have dealt with other Realtors and Tim out shined them all in his responsiveness and helping us with our second home. Tim even went the extra mile and came and helped us do some improvements on our property where he didn't have to. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a Realtor.

He really was the best thing to happen to us during this one. It could have been so stressful and overwhelming but he went above and beyond in every aspect to make it such a seamless process. I will recommend him to anyone trying to sell/buy a home.

Our son coaches defense for a 8th grade football team. He introduced us to Tim Andrus the head coach. He was just what we were looking for, a realtor that had knowledge of his territory. Tim worked tirelessly to find us a house with in our budget and fit our life style. His communication skills and his dedication to making buying a home very easy even though it's usually not.
