He is currently the Managing Broker for Point Honors and Associates, REALTORS®, a boutique real estate firm located in Metro Atlanta. We worked with Tim over several months on the very difficult sale of our condo due to a special assessment, a home purchase we ended up walking away from due to issues with the house itself, and finally another very difficult (albeit successful!) home purchase due to seller issues.
