Tim is the consummate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and with his background in finance guided our deal flawlessly. We had a complicated purchase structure that he understood and was able to facilitate. I genuinely don't think the deal would have closed without him working so hard for us. I couldn't recommend him enough.He is very professional, knowledgable and pleasant. He was great at communicating and working with us even when we were hundreds of miles away in Northern California, on Catalina Island, and out in the wilds of the Sierra Nevadas right in the middle of escrow. He made the always stressful process of buying a house easy. I felt as thought he listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one. He advocated for us to get us a fair deal.
