Timothy relocated to Central Florida in April of 2000 from the Atlanta Georgia area. For many years he was a General Manager for very large big box furniture retailers. As a very accomplished General Manager in the furniture industry...Timothy then directed his efforts in the Real Estate industry achieving particular expertise with REO ( foreclosure) properties, marketing listings, as well as facilitating short sale listings. "Tim's" whole career has been focused on client satisfaction which has translated well in Real Estate as well as large corporate settings.He truly loves working with people, listening to their needs/wants, and negotiating the best possible outcome for both buyers and sellers.
