I've been working with Tim for about 5 months since I moved to Chicago from out of state. The process was very smooth, and Tim's communication with me has been great! Any time I've had a question or concern he's gotten back to me quickly by phone, text, and email. If he can't answer the question, he has pointed me in the direction of someone who could.
