I used a website that found realtors in our area who would be best for selling our condo. Tim was the first realtor to call me back within the hour. He knew of our condo and the area and gave us an accurate assessment of our property along with comps. Within a week we had an offer slightly below our asking price. Unfortunately, the sale fell through from lack of buyer financing. Shortly after that, a unit in our complex caught fire. Although our condo was immaculate, walking past the burn unit really hindered prospective buyers. Tim was always supportive and gave us options in dealing with the problem while we waited for the complex the repair the burned unit. Although it took a bit longer to sell, Tim was able to find a buyer who paid cash and wanted a quick closing. We couldn't have found a better realtor. Tim was professional, extremely knowledgeable regarding our area and market conditions, and over all a joy to work with. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling
