Tim is the ultimate realtor anyone would want to partner with in any real estate activities! He is professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry and market which makes him a great negotiater and advisor to his clients. He is very familiar with the areas in which he services and therefore usually quick to locate and meet clients criteria. He has a very friendly personality while being starright forward with what you need to hear to make informed decisions on which usually is a significant life investment. As long as Tim is still around he will always be my realtor and advisor for any future real estate venture I pursue!

Tim was able to sell my home in a difficult market in about 45 days, helped in negotiations with our new home builder and even secured a short term rental home for the interim. I had to relocate out of state for work, could not sell the house without taking a huge hit to my bottom line and Tim was able to rent it in a very short period of time.
